...and starting a blog! I enjoy keeping up with friends and family so I decided I should give this a try. Not a whole lot going on with Luke and I right now-- just the same ol' stuff. Keeping busy with work, family, friends, and trying to sell our home. We've had our house on the market since December of last year, so it has been just about 11 months. We're going to take it off the market the week before Thanksgiving and leave it off for the remainder of the winter. We're having a difficult time deciphering between what we want and what God wants. I know His timing isn't always our timing, but it seems like we've "wasted" our time having it on the market for almost a year. We didn't even get one offer! Frustration is putting it lightly... Oh well, all we can do is trust in Him and know that he wants something better for us.
Our two year anniversary is in less than two months, and I'm starting to get the desire to become a mom! I tell Luke "Everybody's doing it, so why don't we?" but it's not working. :-P Luke's brother and his wife are pregnant with their second child, and one of my best friends is pregnant with her second as well. I'm feeling left out! I always seem to be just one step behind... I finally caught up when I got married, and now I'm behind again! Haha, that's just life I guess.
Well I'm off to play cards with Luke and my parents. Today is 10/31, so HAPPY HALLOWEEN everyone!
