Baby Stucky!
So many of you probably already know this, but Baby Stucky is due in February! My due date is February 3rd, and I'm praying that she does not go late on me-- I don't want another Valentine's baby! (Luke was born on Valentine's.) Oh and we have no idea what the gender is, I just have a feeling it's a girl! To be quite honest, we don't care if it's a boy or girl-- as long as she's healthy. Last Thursday I was 11 weeks along. According to "Your Pregnancy Week by Week", she is the size of a large lime! Just two weeks ago she was the size of a green olive. I'm really starting to notice a difference in my body right now. During week 6 (when we were in Hawaii) is when I first starting getting nauseated. Other than the occasional nausea, I've felt pretty darn good. This week, however, I started getting really bad charlie horses. And some days the nausea is so bad that no amount or type of food can cure it. I've also had a hard time eating healthy food. When I first found out I was pregnant I bought all this whole wheat bread, veggies, etc.-- pretty much my normal diet. Now none of it sounds good. I force myself to eat it, but it never tastes good. I can't really stand the idea of beef or chicken either, but I force myself to eat it occasionally and it always works out. The one thing I've been craving is pasta salad. Oh and I also had Luke go get me a blizzard one night, but I guess that's not too unusual. :-) I had a hard time working out in the beginning because of the nausea, but I'm slowly starting back up again. I walk on my treadmill for just 30 minutes instead of an hour, and at a pace of 3.0 mph instead of 4.0 mph. Baby steps for Baby Stucky-- and Mama Stucky. :-)
